Getting here
We’re on Washington Ave in North Haven, a few minutes north of I-91 Exit 9 (Washington Ave / Route 5). From Hamden, Whitney Avenue or Dixwell Avenue north gets you here without a highway. Most of Greater New Haven is a 10–25 minute drive.
Parking
Free parking on-site, right at the door. We’re in Suite 2.
Hours
Mon, Wed–Sat · 8am–8pm, by appointment. Closed Tuesday and Sunday. Evening slots are available on open days — 5 days a week, until 8pm.

Every first visit starts with a complimentary consultation — a 20–30 minute conversation with Maria Liuzzi, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, about what’s bothering you and what you actually want to change. You’ll leave with a written plan, a realistic timeline, and a number.
