Under-eye concerns are the most-requested thing we don't always recommend filler for. Dark circles, hollowing, crepey skin, and fine lines each call for a different tool — and sometimes the answer is a gentler one than you expected.
How we actually fix it.
Under-eye filler (tear-trough) can be transformative in the right patient, but not everyone is a candidate — especially patients with puffiness or thin skin. For those patients, PRF is often a better first step: your own growth factors injected under the eye to improve quality and tone without adding volume. For crepey or lined under-eye skin, we often add a short course of microneedling or Morpheus8 to rebuild collagen at depth.
