Good lip work should look like good hydration, not a different set of lips. We use conservative dosing, the right filler for the job, and needle technique for precision and accuracy — and we'd rather undertreat you on the first visit and build from there.
How we actually fix it.
Different goals call for different tools. If the concern is subtle shape or a tired upper lip, a small amount of hyaluronic-acid lip filler can restore a smooth border. If the issue is dryness, fine lip lines, or loss of sheen, a skin booster delivers hydration without changing shape. And a lip flip — a tiny dose of neurotoxin — can reveal more of the upper lip when you smile, without any filler at all.
It helps to know what actually changes with age, because it explains why the fix is rarely just volume. The upper lip lengthens and rolls inward over time, the vermillion border (the crisp line where lip meets skin) softens and loses definition, and the philtral columns — the two ridges running from nose to lip — flatten out. Chasing that with volume alone is what produces the overfilled look people are afraid of; restoring the border and support structure is what actually reads as youthful lips.
Anatomy also sets the ceiling, and we'd rather say so upfront. Lips with a very long upper-lip skin segment, heavy perioral lines from years of sun or smoking, or previously placed filler that migrated above the border all need a different sequence — sometimes dissolving first, sometimes collagen stimulation around the mouth, sometimes an honest conversation that a surgical lip lift is the treatment that would actually get you what you're describing.
