Wrinkles & Fine Lines

Soften expression. Keep every bit of yourself.

Expression lines and early fine lines are one of the most common reasons patients walk through our door. The right answer depends on whether the lines are dynamic (from movement), static (etched-in), or a mix — and what you want it to still look like when you smile.

The approach

How we actually fix it.

Most adults see the first signs of expression lines in their late 20s and 30s — horizontal forehead lines, the "11s" between the brows, and crow's feet at the outer eyes. These are dynamic wrinkles: they appear with movement and smooth out when your face is at rest. They respond best to neurotoxins, which quietly relax the muscles that cause the crease.

Static lines — the ones that linger even when your face is still — tend to need more than a neurotoxin. We often pair neurotoxins with a light hyaluronic-acid filler, a skin booster, or a collagen-stimulating treatment like microneedling or Morpheus8 to rebuild the structure underneath the line.
