Every filler appointment at The Beauty Spot starts with a face-mapping conversation. We ask what bothers you, what you've tried before, and what you're hoping to avoid. Patients frequently come in asking for more filler and leave with a smaller treatment — or a neurotoxin-and-skin-booster combination instead — because that's what the face actually needs. When the thing bothering you turns out to be proportion rather than any single feature, that conversation becomes a facial balancing plan: a sequence across the whole face, usually staged over months, rather than more product in one spot.

Maria plans every injection around facial anatomy and vascular safety, choosing between cannulas and needles based on the area being treated. Cannulas allow for smoother, more comfortable treatment in delicate areas like the midface and jawline — with noticeably less bruising and downtime.
